The BAE Hawk Mk 132 is a British single-engine, jet-powered advanced trainer aircraft. It has been used in a training capacity and as a low-cost combat aircraft by multiple countries across the world. The advanced jet trainer is primarily used in the Indian Air Force for advanced training of fighter pilots and is also used for aerobatic display by the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT). The Hawks are locally produced under license by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
