Description
This is a commemorative artwork for Cope India 2025. Cope India is the long-running bilateral air-exercise series between the Indian Air Force (IAF) and the United States Air Force (USAF). It began in 2004 as a fighter-focused engagement at Air Force Station Gwalior, and over time has expanded beyond basic air-combat training into broader interoperability including shared mission planning, common procedures, and learning each other’s operating rhythm through flying and structured debriefs. In Cope India 2025, the IAF and USAF flew a tight, high-tempo package in India, with the USAF participating with a B-1B Lancer alongside IAF’s Su-30MKI and Mirage 2000. The Exercise was a practical, mission-first cycle aimed at strengthening interoperability and mutual learning.
