Centred around the phrase “Off Duty Pilot – Forced to Work,” it captures the mindset of those who are forced to work even when they are supposed to be off-duty. The design shows a winged crossbones indicative of the Off-Duty Pilot. The hollow eyes stare straight ahead, expressionless yet intimidating, reflecting a sense of cumulative fatigue originating from the continuous work the said pilot has done throughout the week. The fatigue is additionally added due to the sense of the said pilot forced to work through his off-duty, especially when his squadron / unit mates are resting at their respective homes.
